MMPorns respects copyright and reviews written notices of claimed infringement that substantially comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). MMPorns does not provide visitor uploads or live-camera distribution for its adult-media catalog.
Where to send a copyright notice
Send the written notice by email to [email protected] with the subject DMCA Notice. You may also begin from the Contact MMPorns page. Email is the current published copyright-notice channel.
What the notice must include
Include all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works on the site.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, including the exact MMPorns URL for each item.
- Information reasonably sufficient for MMPorns to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Review process
A substantially complete notice can be evaluated, and MMPorns may remove or disable access to identified material where appropriate. An incomplete notice may require additional information before it can be evaluated.
Accurate notices
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing may create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Consider obtaining legal advice if you are unsure whether the complained-of use is authorized by law.
